Hello Ray, The 300 bus test case in Matpower uses the per unit values of branch resistances and reactances. Matpower uses the baseMVA of 100 MVA but does not specify anything about base kV. I am in need of the actual values of the resistances and reactances and hence, need the information about base MVA and base kV considered. Please let me know if you have any idea about these base values consideration in IEEE 300 test case.
