For a dispatchable load with a positive reactive load, QMIN and PMIN are used to compute the constant power factor constraint. QG and PG must also be consistent with this power factor. If you adjust any of these 4 parameters, you must adjust the others to ensure that QMIN/PMIN = QG/PG. If the load has a negative reactive load (injection), then QMAX is the parameter used instead of QMIN.
