I have downloaded matpower4.1 and placed it in the path of matlab, but when I
have typed test_matpower to run the test suite and verify that MATPOWER is
properly installed and functioning, I have got the below message:
>> test_matpower
??? Undefined function or method 'have_fcn' for input arguments of type
'char'.
Error in ==> test_matpower at 52
if have_fcn('anon_fcns')
Please advice to ensure that matpower is properly installed.
