You will have to manually redispatch something else to keep your voltage within limits (i.e. generator voltage set-points, transformer taps, generator real power dispatch). You may be able to define an OPF with appropriately specified limits on bus voltages, generator P and Q dispatches, etc. that will accomplish what you want automatically.
