Hello to all, My question is regarding tap changers and phase shifters in the load flow calculation. From the manual and the documentation I understand how the taps and the phases of the branches themselves are modeled, but I was wondering, if MatPower has a mechanism to calculate the values for the taps and the phases from their regulation condition (the tap changers control nodal voltage and the phase shifters control active power line flow). Basically, I was wondering if MatPower has a capability to calculate the taps and the phases of the transformers and what method it uses.
