Hi We've finished a routine that calculates taps and phases of transformers from specified values of active power line transfers and nodal voltages and would be willing to upload it to MatPower. What are the rules for that?
I know we shouldn't cross post, but I've asked the question in the dev-mailing list but got no reply.... regards, Gorazd
