Run an OPF with the active power constrained to their set points (PMIN=PMAX=desired PG) on all but the slack bus. This will minimize the slack bus generator cost, which minimizes the slack bus generation, i.e. minimizes system losses, all by optimizing the reactive power generation and voltage profile.
