Fixed Reserve and Contingency on Stocastic DC OPF with MOST

Hi,

I want to apply fixed reserve and contingency (based on MOST_example 4) in
the stokastic DC OPF , I can apply only fixed reserve and contingency .
But when I try to apply all of them, I get an error as in the attachment.

How can I solve this problem ?
