MATPOWER 8 does have some prototype 3-phase modeling (see How to Run a
Three-Phase Power Flow<https://matpower.org/doc/howto/three-phase.html>). While
it does allow for connecting a 3-phase unbalanced network (e.g. distribution)
to a balanced single-phase representation of a 3-phase network (e.g.
transmission), it does not yet handle individual single-phase feeders and loads
in the context of the unbalanced three-phase power flow.

I hope to get some time and support to begin work on that soon, but it is not
currently implemented.

Dear sir,
I want to conduct a load flow analysis using matpower in my college campus. The
three phase cables from the transformer goes to the different building and
there it is splitted into single phase system (R,Y,B). Suppose I know the
loading values of single phase loads. How can I merge three phase and single
phase in one mpc.
