By the way, I still have a set of FERC 715 filings that PowerWorld posted
on their site in 1998
before it became critical infrastructure information.  If anybody is
interested in looking at them
I can check with FERC if it is ok to share them with others.  They are in
PSSE format but I guess
they can be easily converted to mpc format.
