Ray, I tried to quickly reproduce an example in Chapter 5.3 from "Power Systems Economics" by Daniel S. Kirschen and Goran Strbac and I am not getting the same results. I probably made a mistake entering the data trying it at 3am. I know that you are busy, so I'll try again and let you know what I get. DCOPF is a simple algorithm, there should not be any problems.
Why I wanted to revisit this example is because it is kind of interesting. The power flows from a larger LAM_P to a node with a lower LAM_P which is not clear to economists why it is so.
