Have you tried turning on OPF soft limits to see if it is a feasibility issue?

Hi,
I have a set of 118 Bus modified data having 327 generator( including high
numbers of renewables) , I will be thankful if you could be able to run optimal
power flow (runopf) using precise cost values as i have tried to run with
piecewise linear value of cost and polynomial data but it does not converges (
it does converge for simple power flow but not for optimal)

The method i used to convert heat rate and fuel rate to find out cost data is
explained as follows

The NREL118 bus data file has a heat rate base and heat rate increment (
BTU/KWh ), fuel price ( $ / MMBTU ) , startup cost ($) , variable operation
and maintenance charges ($/kwh)

In matpower cost inputs used are:
Piecewise - Converting this data into f,p form where f is in $/hr , p is in
MW form
Polynomial form - taking average cost by converting piecewise data to polynomial

Input file attached
