While I understand that a properly constrained OPF formulation can address multi-controller remote voltage control, I would like to ask whether there have been any significant developments, extensions, or added features in newer MATPOWER releases or extra packages that directly support or facilitate this functionality. Any pointers to recent work or recommended approaches within the MATPOWER framework would be appreciated.
