Hi,
I have tried my alignment a few times, and i keep getting "error 134" what does
this error code mean?
I'm trying to align ~25 bacterial genomes (~6.5 Mb each) from ~6 closely
related
species in the same genus, using progressive mauve, on a Mac running OSX
10.6.6.
It's given the same error code a few times, and the last time it didn't give
any
other error messages, just the code number, it stopped while listing the
matches
outside LCBs "0,3 have 5820 new matches outside LCBs" etc.
