Hello - I'm trying to get up to speed with this powerful tool, and wanted to know if anyone has succeeded in getting Mauve to work as a Java Web Start application?
Specifically, I'm trying to determine if Mauve can read data automatically if given the URL - for example, if a user goes to my site and selects genomes to align on my site, can we somehow allow users to launch Mauve with the selected genomes already loaded?
