Hi,
I am trying to run Mauve on 9 genomes on an HPC machine. Based on the last
release notes, it seems that the multithreaded feature was removed.
Is this the case? If not, is there a way to run Mauve to take advantage of
many processors (and lots of memory too, if that's possible)?
