It is built in.  Go to the Go menu in the Finder and choose Connect to 
Server.  Type the path of the server you want to connect to.  For 
example I have a PC named "PC" and it has a folder being shared as 
"documents", so the path I type is:
smb://PC/DOCUMENTS

If you do not know what the right URL is, you can go get SMB Browse, 
which lets you browse the network to find other computers using 
SMB/Samba.
