Hello all,

I'm still doing research on installing NetBSD on my PM 6400. On the FAQ
it says:

        "Which models can run Xmacppc?

Every model that can boot with console support and models with
supported video cards (that have proper Open Firmware initialization
code). Models which require you to use a serial console can not run any
X servers."

I assume that if I a use a PCI video card (since the 6400 uses a serial
console for open firmware), I can run some short of X-windows, right?

Thanks for any help,

Patrick
