Good morning,

Stupid Noob Question:

I'm considering installing Yellow Dog Linux on my Rev D (333mHz) G3 iMac and gotten a 40gb hard drive as a precursor to this installation. I'm aware that when installing OSX the drive must be partitioned so OSX can booted from a partition <8gb. Does YDL require this as well or can the drive be partitioned for YDL without regard to this limitation?

Thanks.

Steve Wassenich
