I came across this one today:
http://pearpc.sourceforge.net
It emulates a generic PowerPC system and allows OSX/Darwin installation on Win32/Linux. It's supposed to be 500 times slower than the actual clock speed of the computer, or 40x slower if using the JIT version.
That means with the non-JIT version, my PC will emulate a 4mhz PowerPC, or a 50mhz using the JIT version. :)
