some of the better routers/firewalls will let you set this up, you want one that is "managed" which basically means you get to set it up in a complex way rather than have it just push data around. you might also check freebsd.org, there may be a program there to do it using an old mac as your managed router (and thus saving a lot of money unless you can steal one on ebay, though in that case you want to make very certain that it has manuals or that you can download the manuals). i haven't played with managed routers, but that's what you need and i think they are very expensive when new. freebsd is probably your best bet for something with a reasonable cost and an old mac dedicated to routing will keep up with no problems, a IIc will even keep up with a cable modem when running as a firewall and could probably handle that and the routing with out breaking a sweat. obviously if you have a T1 line or something really fast you'll need a faster machine or a commercial solution.
