Hi all,

In following the documentation to set up a Homogenous System copy,
I hit the following error and would like to get some help from the gurus.

Prod instance = prod (running)
Stand-by instance = stby
Platform = Linux

dbmcli -d prod -u dbm,dbm medium_put databasecopy /u01/prod_copy FILE DATA 0 0 NO
[run ok, medium_getall shows the right info]

dbmcli -d prod -u dbm,dbm -uUTL -c backup_start databasecopy
[run ok, file created]

dbmcli -s -R /opt/sdb/7500 -c db_create stby dbm,dbm
[run ok]

dbmcli -d stby -u dbm,dbm -uSRV -c recover_config databasecopy
ERR
-24986,ERR_NOMEDIA: media file not found

Then I try to define medium databasecopy in stby,

dbmcli -d stby -u dbm,dbm medium_put databasecopy /db/trace/sdb/backup/MyDB_copy FILE
DATA 0 0 NO
[run ok, medium_getall shows it right]

dbmcli -d stby -u dbm,dbm -uSRV -c recover_config databasecopy
ERR
-24994,ERR_RTE: runtime environment error
1,Database .OPTSDB7 already started

Without passing this step, I cannot proceed to build the standby database. Any
pointer is highly appreciated!

Thanks,
Andy
