Hi,
it has changed indeed. The Parameter RESTART_SHUTDOWN is no longer needed or 
recognized in 7.5. Actually 
in our development release it is completely removed already. The 7.5 database is 
completely aware now of service 
manager automatic start flag as well as it reacts on a system shutdown or service 
stop. If you set the 
automatic start flag or start the service via control manager, the database starts 
into 'ONLINE' mode!
