Yes, I did.

There are only dbm, dba and one user account in 7.3.
I found that re-load of system tables  in 7.3  generates the same error:

D:\sapdb>dbmcli -d bips -u dbm,dbm load_systab -u dba,dba -ud domain
ERR
-24907,ERR_DBAWRONG: wrong SYSDBA

However I can log in as dba using DBM or dbmcli and definition of server 
rights seems to be OK (for dba in DBM). I think that's the reason for my 
unsuccessful upgrade.

How can I fix this ?
