Hello Marco, you can find the output and error output of TSM's adint2 in the files dbm.ebp and dbm.ebl. Usually a reason for failure can be found there. Return code -1 cold also point to a crash of adint2 (usually it's output in the files described above is then empty or does end abruptly).
As SAP customer you could also open a OSS message.
