Ok, I tried it with stopping the x_server, but when I do this I cannot restart
the database :-( I stop the x_server with the following call in the script:
su - -c "$X_SERVER stop" sapdb
After that I get this "Kernel died before reaching ADMIN state" error when I
try to start the database.
What's going wrong with this "x_server stop" command?
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Ralf.
