Yes - in 7.5 the name is CACHE_SIZE - in older Versions it was called
DATA_CACHE

MAXSERVERTASKS are the tasks for the "server" for example writes the changed
out of DATA_CACHE data to the disks, does the Backup-I/Os etc.
IOPROC_PER_DEV is the number of I/O processes per device/volume. 

Out of our experience the best way to increase performance is to increase
DATA_CACHE to the maximum available value for your configuration.
