You have a database corruption... :-(
If you can bring the DB online check to which table it belongs, maybe it's
only an index:
select * from roots where rootid = "26354359"
the result will be the table name.
In 99,9 % of the cases this is a hardware issue. Did the machine crash
recently? Did maybe the filesystem check (fsck) "repair" some files?
Not that I'm aware of. The system is on a 3ware RAID5-based filesystem that
is journalled (ext3). The box has been up for months, as well.
I'm currently running some checks on the raid itself to see if the problem
lies there, I just wanted to make sure we weren't tickling a bug that was
fixed in a later version of MaxDB - I don't want to spend my time hunting
for a cause only to find out the cause is known, and it's long since been
corrected. :)
