I fear it will not be possible to fix the problem just by a new release, because it seems that there's some inconsistency inside the persistent part of the catalog. Please send me a trace of the select statement that produces the error. Maybe it's possible to identify the corresponding trigger or table and to drop and recreate it afterwards.
