Hi -- from my point of view you destroyed your database in particular your log area. The read operation on log volume 1 on offset 47230 failed because there is a corrupted log page. I assume that the whole log page resp. log area is cleared. The restart failed, because the ioman info page of the log volume 1 does not match to the database configuration file. The info page contains configuration info's for example the logical id or the volume capacity. During each restart this info is checked against the configuration file and if they are not matching the restart failed. 22 ERR 39 IOMan DevNo from Log volume in configuration and info page are different: 1 vs -1 <=== ! A logical id of -1 for a log/(data) volume is impossible, therefore I am of the opinion that you destroyed at least your log area.
