Korbinian,

 there is the alpha version of the proxy only and there will be no further
development.

Kind regards,

Betreff: Maxdb <-> mysql4

Hello,

I downloaded maxdb today and got a local instance running with no problems
so far - however,the problem came when i wanted to import a msyldump (v4.1)
file into maxdb - how can this be done ?

My thought was to replace our mysql install on our webserver with maxdb and
do this "soft" (app is php-based) as i read that there is a mysql-proxy wich
can be used to access a maxdb like it was an mysql db version - but i cant
find it on the mysql homepage. Was this just a try or is it really existing
because all i can find was comments about an aplha release...

Regards,

Korbinian
