Looks like Tcl isn't able to find the libvtkRenderingPythonTkWidgets.so.
How have you built and installed VTK for your Mac? Several of us Mac
users have written up instructions on how to build various packages for
the Mac here:

the VTK related build steps is what you should look at. Maybe that will
help?
