redirect is pretty clear for HTTP/external redirection - that is the
method people would expect for it.

redirect_internally meets my requirements of clearly differentiating
and doing what it says on the tin - it was suggested on #london.pm but
unfortunately sounds like something you would do in a tai chi class :)
