Currently, we copy factory templates into our new applications by hand.

In the new world, you can either copy templates in as before, but from the new
location in /usr/share/perl/Maypole/templates/factory or whatever, (so in that
sense nothing has changed, just where the application author gets the factory
templates from) or, if you're using the soon-to-exist codegen tool, the
factory templates will be symlinked into the application's templates
directory. If the end user doesn't want to use factory templates, they can
delete the symlink.

Will do, but I was looking for something which produced better output
browser-side. And maybe emailed the admins when there was a problem, so we
know when our sites are broken. :)
