Ron sent me a patch for Class::DBI::FormBuilder that added many-many
support to create and update operations. With the patch, I've been
able to re-arrange the default column listings in display_columns etc
in Maypole::FormBuilder::Model, and we've now got much better support
for both has-many and many-many relationships. Get it from a CPAN near
you (CDBI-FB 0.46, M-FB 0.431).

For you Mason fans out there, there are some new templates with
cacheing support, which reduce page generation for the main edit page
by about 4X.

The demo site will be back up this weekend.
