While installing 2.11 I kept getting this error
t/apache_mvc........skipped
all skipped: Apache::Request is not installed: Can't locate
Apache/Request.pm in @INC....
A force install solved the problem but not sure why it is looking for
Apache::Request. It seems
to be a module related to mod_per1 1.27. Could not see this module in
Bundle::Apache2
