I think something is awry with the graphics and rgbSurface properties of pictures that have been manipulated with the latest scaling implementation. I'm now getting hard crashes of the RS framework when there is an attempt to access either the graphics or RGBsurface of pictures that were created by CopyPixelFastMBS.
The bug is hard to capture and properly elucidate because the crashes are "hard crashes" or if I step with the RS debugger, the debugger crashes. Going back to 11.3pr13 alleviates the problem.
