[MBS] Rotate picture with transparent bg

Rotating picture seems to require a background color.  I have a small icon
that I like to rotate in real time.  How do I rotate the picture without
having a solid background color?  The icon picture is PNG with transparent
background.  Sorry, I don't deal with pictures a lot, so maybe I missed
something.
