This invisible rectangle appears with a KatPageLink type, whereas it contains a link to a file. Shouldn't it not be of type KatFileLink? Of course, DestFile property is empty, and DestPage is 0. Is this an issue in PDF creation, or in DynaPDF (or both?). In Acrobat Reader, this link works well.
