Jean-Luc, Couple tips about instruments:
1. You can save keep icon in Dock, that way you can launch instruments without having to launch Xcode (which is “heavy”) 2. In my experience, Instruments only returns reliable information on built applications; debug builds give inaccurate information. HTH!
