Thank you for the offer. At this point, thankfully, it appears that Xojo 2016r1 resolves the issue. That means dropping XP and considering Vista deprecated, but I can’t expect tool vendors to support old OSes forever. From what I can tell I don’t think your plugin was ever the direct cause. I think drag/drop simply put the Xojo GUI framework in a state where it could crash. Daniel L.
