I think I got it: It's the font HELVETICA that is obviously not calculable
in Real Studio 2011.4.3 web-edition on a Windows system.
g.StringWidth("*CODE39*") gives "0," (notice the comma at the end)
With ARIAL or other fonts it works fine.
In Real Studio 2011.4.3 desktop-edition there aren't any problems with
HELVETICA,so it may be a bug in Real Studio 2011.4.3 web-edition.
But now it's easy to work around it.

The example works here fine in Real Studio 2012.
Not sure what problem you see.
Maybe use newer version?
