Using 16.3, a Windows app built on a Mac, I get this behavior. If I am debugging a DLL (using Visual Studio) that uses this EXE built with 16.3, the MBS plugs don't register (they fail the register call), then from then on, I get all the time "This application uses unregistered plugins..." But when I run the EXE by itself, the plug registers and all is fine. It's only when I'm debugging. (BTW, I am 100% that I'm using that EXE when debugging.) And, BTW, on Mac, all is wonderful, running and debugging. So I know my plugs and register line is correct.
