It seems that with ChartDirector I can't force it to show the positive number
sign ("+") when displaying numbers
We have a graph that displays "delta" values and I'd like the + sign shown in a
similar manner as the - sign, when appropriate.
Similar to the format string "+-###.##" might do for Xojo.
Is that available?
In this case it's pertaining to a label shown above / below columns in a
vertical bar graph
