Hey, I'm back. =) I'm finally using Xojo and doing things exclusively 64-bit
and my home-brew AuthorizationExecuteWithPrivilege doesn't work. So I'm forced
to look for a solution, so I backed into this one. I went to look at your
SMJobBless example, and found the RTF that said "this doesn't work" and it was
written in 2014. Then I found that I'd asked the question about it in this
forum in 2013.

So - are we able to do this now? Basically I need a Helper App, written in Xojo
64-bit:

1) I launch the helper app from the master app
2) The helper app checks to see if it's running as root
3) If it's not it launches an authentication dialog
4) If successful, it launches the helper app again as root and the first
instance (not as root) shuts down

The RTF says it's not possible in Xojo - is it now? And I'm not asking for Xojo
to do everything, I'm happy to do any extra work post-compilation.
