I ran this with out a problem, I needed to re-add the referances to the project for quickgraph etc and I would recommend that you remove and re-add these referances and recompile. I would suspect this is the cause of your problem. If your tests are fairly simply you don't normally need anything other than
MbUnit.Framework, I don't know you cirumstances however and you may have a need for these.
The version number displayed in the GUI is the assembly version (at the moment MbUnit is at version 2.3.*) and the .NET Framework version (2.0.). Let me know how you get on.

I don't know it it's relevant, but I thought I saw that the MbUnit framework DLL installed by the MSI references 1.0.3705...
