Hi Paulo,

I don't think MbUnit has a checkbox feature but it's a good idea for a
new feature to add.

I explained in a previous post a few ways to set up MbUnit to load a
particular assembly. As I recall, NUnit had some ability to remember
what assembly you last loaded, but neither really knows which one you
want. I would try TestDriven.NET if you want a way to run the tests
with or without opening the GUI based on what you're working on.
