Thanks Petrik, NCover team advise to use 1.3.3 version for .NET 1.1 so i am using it. Turns out that the console for that version is not working on my setup. I tried installing 1.5.4 which requires .NET 2.0 on my machine and it was able to generate the reports. I guess i have to install .NET 2.0 on our build machine and use 1.5.4 for the meantime (1.5.5 they say is broken for 1.1). Thanks again.
