Thanks for doing this, but we still ended up with a problem as we run
CCNet under a virtual folder on the default website of our server. So
the URL for the images looks like this:

http://elcomdev/images/Category.png

but what we actually needed it to look like was:

http://elcomdev/ccnet/images/Category.png

Hacking the MBUnitDetails.xsl file handled this, but wasn't there a
fix that found the application path and prepended that to the images?
