Try downloading MbUnit v2.4.2 build 175 from http://code.google.com/p/mb-unit/downloads/list. It definitely has Intellisense documentation.
It's missing some spots though. MbUnit v3 already has much more comprehensive documentation coverage as we consider this a high priority feature item for usability.
